AquaMax Extra Basecoat Under Bonnet Repair
The AquaMax Extra Basecoat Under Bonnet Repair Process is designed to simplify and speed up repairs to vehicles where the finish in the engine bay area is different to the external finish.
It can be used where the engine bay of a vehicle is finished in a different colour to the external panels or where the engine bay is simply a lower gloss version of the external colour.
The activated basecoat can be applied directly to electrocoat to accurately reproduce the original engine bay finish as well as act as a wet-on-wet groundcoat to all external panels that need to be topcoated. This removes the need to undercoat and colour the internal area and allows internal and external areas to be topcoated in one step, an invaluable efficiency of time.

1700 AquaMax Extra VOC WB Gun Cleaner
1700 AquaMax Extra VOC WB Gun Cleaner is a waterbased cleaner formulated to facilitate the cleaning of equipment used in the application of AquaMax Extra Basecoat.
It easily removes paint and dirt from the internal and external parts of a spraygun.
9970 AquaMax Extra VOC WB Thinner
9970 AquaMax Extra VOC WB Thinner is used in AquaMax Extra Basecoat, with a simple choice of two mixing ratios, depending on the type of colour to be sprayed.
0210 MaxMeyer VOC HS Clearcoat
MaxMeyer VOC HS Clearcoat is designed for use with AquaMax Extra Basecoat to provide an easy to use product with excellent application and final appearance characteristics, leading to a high quality result on a broad range of repair types.
Its dedicated high solids hardener, 6100 MaxMeyer VOC HS Hardener, is integral to providing the strong film hardness and excellent high gloss finish characteristic of a high solids clearcoat.
There is also the option of speeding up the application process further with 7501 MaxMeyer VOC Accelerator Thinner; dropping the bake time from 40 minutes to an astounding 15 minutes.
0720 / 0760 MaxMeyer VOC Low Gloss Clearcoats
The MaxMeyer VOC low gloss clearcoats have been specifically formulated for use over both AquaMax Extra waterborne basecoat and Paraglaze Basecoat.
0720 MaxMeyer VOC Matt Clearcoat and 0760 MaxMeyer VOC Semi-Gloss Clearcoat can be used alone or mixed at various ratios to produce the full spectrum of low gloss levels for customer finishes or repairs over low gloss OEM finishes.

1360 MaxMeyer VOC 1K Polyurethane Plastic Primer
MaxMeyer VOC 1K Polyurethane Plastic Primer is a ready for use, one pack adhesion promoter specifically for use on solvent sensitive plastics such as PUR (polyurethane), PUR/RIM (reaction injection moulding), PC (polycarbonate) and ABS.
It is optimised for use over plastics employed in the automotive industry and can be used with both MaxMeyer and Paraglaze ranges.

8717 MaxMeyer VOC HP Primer Filler
It can be applied directly to sound original paintwork, polyester body fillers and suitable adhesion primers.
MaxMeyer HP VOC Primer Filler is perfect for enhancing paint shop productivity and efficiency thanks to its user-friendly application, excellent laydown characteristics and easy sanding.
9701 / 9704 / 9706 MaxMeyer VOC HP Multigrey Wet-On-Wet Primers
As well as the high productivity wet-on-wet capability, these easy to use, multipurpose primers offer a range of high value features which are perfect for minimising refinish recycle time.
Developed for use under AquaMax Extra Basecoat, the three different shades of MaxMeyer HP VOC Multigrey Wet-On-Wet Primer provide the ability to mix the full spectrum of groundcoat greys. Laying down a sympathetic groundcoat means less basecoat is required to achieve colour opacity which saves significant application time and material.
The excellent application and flow properties save further time because, generally, no sanding is required and there is an exceptional recoat window of up to five days!
